Elevator service

Fluctuating invoice amounts despite a service contract that says I should be charged otherwise.Suddenly attempting to charge me a fuel surcharge despite a service contract being in place for years prior. Wont respond to my letters asking to provide legal authority to charge outside of the service contract and the fact that they have not set foot on my property to service anything for over 2 years.Otis is coming off as very scammy.*they waved the fuel charge" but in reality they knew they didn't have a legal leg to stand on when concerning this charge and it was clear that I was gearing up for judicial escalation if they wanted to go further with this absurdity."

The only company who can service a Schindler elevator, and they know it. So they charge a lot and give crappy and expensive service.

These guys truly do give you a 5 star experience. Prompt service, they keep you posted with drop off and pick up times of their equipment and went so far as to help a rookie operator, such as myself, on my project. I rented a mini excavator to dig out my driveway extension. These guys are genuine in my opinion. Thanks for the help.
